Liogel Pink Grapefruit (Pompelmo Rosa)

This product boasts a smooth texture and a delicate pink colour that sets it apart from other flavours. It offers a fresh taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste, characteristic of grapefruit. It is ideal for preparing slushes and sorbets, and is suitable for use in soft-serve machines. As with all Liogel products, it is recommended to allow the mixture to mature for 30-40 minutes before freezing. The product contains hydrogenated vegetable fats and is free from dyes.

For optimal results, mix 1 bag with 2.8-3 L of water.
