Apricot SDL (Albicocca)

The structure of the gelato stays soft and creamy using this product. It enables the creation of gelato without the need for milk derivatives. With an excellent content of dehydrated fruit, it offers a full taste with a high degree of customization in terms of texture and flavor. It contains refined vegetable fats.

For preparation, mix 1 bag with 2.7 L of water (use very hot water).
