Red Orange is a ready-to-use powdered product, rich in dehydrated orange juice. It’s quick and easy to use, enabling the creation of orange-flavoured gelato. These ice creams are characterized by a fresh flavour, balanced acidity, and a soft, creamy texture. The product contains hydrogenated vegetable fats.

USES:

• Facilitates the preparation of orange-flavoured gelato without milk derivatives.
• Results in a fresh-textured gelato, striking an excellent balance between sweet and sour notes.

For optimal results, mix 1 bag with 2.7 L of water.
