Liogel Banana

This product is distinguished by its high content of dehydrated banana, delivering an intense banana flavour and aroma. It is perfect for making slushies and for use in soft-serve machines. It’s also ideal for quickly and easily creating specialties like ‘Banana Split’ dishes. Milk is recommended as the base mix. The product contains hydrogenated vegetable fats and milk proteins.

For preparation, mix 1 bag with 3 litres of milk and/or water.
