This product is a powdered, semi-finished mix designed for the preparation of yogurt-flavoured gelato. It boasts a creamy structure and an intense aroma and flavour. The mix contains powdered milk, stabilizers, and emulsifiers. It can be used with the addition of water and sugars (typically between 170-190g) for more elaborate recipes. It’s also perfect for use in a soft serve machine, delivering an amazing frozen yogurt experience. Please note, it contains refined vegetable fats.
