Liogel Cacao

This product is light brown in colour and carries an aromatic scent and flavour of cocoa. It’s a ready-to-use semi-finished product, designed for preparing cocoa-flavoured gelato in automatic express machines and batch freezers. It imparts an intense cocoa flavour to the gelato, resulting in a fresh, light, and creamy texture that endures.

On average, you would use 450g per liter of milk or 1 bag per 3 liters of milk.
