Liogel Citrus Fruits (Agrumi)

This product features a rich blend of concentrated dehydrated orange, grapefruit, and lemon juices. It’s perfect for making slushes, sorbets, and for use in soft-ice machines. The gelato’s flavour can be personalized by substituting water with fresh orange or lemon juice. It contains hydrogenated vegetable fats and milk proteins.

For preparation, mix 1 bag with 2.8-3 L of water.
