White Mint (Menta Bianca)

This is a colourant-free version of mint paste, made with natural flavourings. It’s characterized by an intense mint aroma and flavour. This paste is versatile, used not only for making mint-flavoured ice cream, but also for specialty flavours such as Stracciamenta, Cocomint, and Chocolate Mint. It’s excellent for preparing granitas and ice lollies. For a more refreshing taste and sensation, it can be added to a milk base or a base that includes all or part water.
