Stellamix 125 is exceptional at preserving gelato over an extended period. It ensures a significant increase in volume, while imparting the gelato with a fine, satiny texture and a remarkable creaminess that effortlessly melts in your mouth. Stellamix 125 enables excellent results with basic formulations (requiring only the addition of milk and sugar), and it’s adaptable, allowing for customization with the addition of other ingredients or used in combination with other mixes. The primary ingredient is hydrogenated vegetable fats.

Given its unique properties, it is recommended to avoid blast chilling the gelato for prolonged periods.
