Semi-finished powdered product specifically designed for preparing milk base mixes in batch freezers. This fat-free product ensures consistently good results in terms of texture, performing well in both simple and more complex recipes, and is ideal for use in a variety of applications.

To prepare, simply mix 50g of our powder with 220-240g of total sugars and 1 liter of pasteurized milk. The mix can be customized by adding further ingredients, such as fresh cream, powdered milk, and more, to achieve the desired features of the final product.
