Gelostella Pastefrutta 100

These pastes are intended for use alongside our base mix for fruit gelato. They can also be combined with fresh or frozen fruit. Being smoother and more concentrated, they enhance the gelato’s texture and flavour. The suggested dosage is 100 g per litre.
