Variegato Fleur De Sel

This paste, characterized by a high content of Fleur de sel salt crystals – a hand-harvested sea salt, is used to add variety and fill both gelato and semifreddos. It pairs excellently with chocolate. For making Salted Caramel/Toffee gelato, it is recommended to mix the paste into the gelato and use some as a topping, ideally in combination with our Caramel Topping.
