Disaronno Coating (Copertura Disaronno)

This is an exclusive product by Prodotti Stella. It’s a white chocolate-based coating, enriched with a high content of amaretto grains. This unique combination allows for the creation of various ice cream flavours and cold pastry delicacies, all imbued with the taste of this world-renowned liqueur.

Due to the high grain content, it’s recommended to heat the product in its original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 35℃. After heating, stir the product until it achieves a smooth consistency.
