Strawberry 200 (Fragola)

This product is rich in whole fruit, ensuring the authentic flavour, aroma, and fragrance of strawberries. The gelato will contain small pieces of strawberry. Besides being used in the preparation of strawberry-flavoured gelato, it can also be used to enhance various other gelato flavours, such as Yogurt and Fiordilatte, and for granitas. It serves excellently as an addition to fresh or frozen fruit. Please note, it contains synthetic dyes (E150a, E122, E129).
