Zuppa Inglese (Italian Trifel)

This product is a paste with a fluid consistency, suitable for both gelato and the preparation of mousses in tubs and semifreddos. Zuppa Inglese gelato can be personalized by incorporating sponge cake cut into cubes or strips, which has been soaked in an alcoholic syrup. An exquisite decoration can be achieved with fans made from Stracciatella, and layers filled with pralined hazelnut grains.
